This past Thursday, our PEARLS group—made up of bright and motivated middle school girls—had the opportunity to participate in a special tea party experience through Partners In Ministry. This event was more than just a gathering; it was a meaningful lesson in etiquette, personal growth, and leadership.
The PEARLS program is designed to guide young girls as they grow into womanhood, equipping them with the confidence, character, and skills needed to lead. During the tea party, participants practiced proper etiquette, including respectful communication, table manners, and graceful self-presentation. These lessons emphasized that etiquette is not simply about rules, but about showing respect for oneself and others in every setting.
The atmosphere was filled with laughter, learning, and encouragement. The girls embraced the experience, stepping into an environment that challenged them to carry themselves with confidence and poise. Activities like this help reinforce the importance of self-respect, discipline, and leadership—core values that the PEARLS program continues to instill.
At Partners In Ministry, we are proud to create opportunities that empower young girls to grow into strong, confident leaders. The tea party served as a reminder that even small, intentional experiences can leave a lasting impact.
