Partners In Ministry is seeking a Project Director. The Project Director collaborates with the Executive Director and is responsible for managing all aspects of the project to ensure objectives are met efficiently and cost-effectively. This full-time position requires a Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Personnel Services, or a related field, along with four years of relevant experience in managing educational support services for disadvantaged students in secondary and/or postsecondary settings.

Partners In Ministry is seeking Teachers/TAs for the 2025-2026 21st CCLC Afterschool Program. The Teachers/TAs will help students have effective learning experiences within a defined educational plan, offering guidance and encouragement to enable students to reach their intellectual, social, and emotional potential. Hours of operation with be Monday–Friday, 3 - 6 P.M.

Partners In Ministry is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Upward Bound program. The UB Project Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to program staff. Key responsibilities include coordinating data entry into the Blumen database, promoting the UB program, and recruiting eligible participants.
