CLASSES, CAMPS, AND ACTIVITIES
Partners In Ministry provides free classes and camps to the community.
Our programs provide summer enrichment through STEM education, adult education, and activities for seniors.
A Community Connection
Summer Camp
As an added benefit to kids enrolled in our Strengthening Youth Through Science Technology Engineering and Math (SYSTEM) after-school program, they are able to attend our summer camp program, Camp STEM-U-LATION. Summer Camp participants receive a free breakfast and lunch during camp. Children enjoy STEM-related activities in addition to reading, arts, crafts, sports, drama, music, and more.
Summer Camp dates are announced during the month of June.
Adult GED Classes
Partners In Ministry offers Adult GED Classes in partnership with Richmond Community College on our campus Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm. Classes are offered during the spring and fall semesters and a minimum of eight students is required for classes. Reservations must be made in advance.
Adult/Senior Activities (Ages 55+)
Bible study classes are held on our campus each Thursday morning at 11 am. Additionally, Partners In Ministry provides health screenings and information such as blood pressure checks, physical education, diabetic resources, and health information seminars. Due to COVID-19 classes are not being held at this time.
